Description
In this class we hold the poses for up to 3 minutes releasing tension deep within the tissues and opening spaces within the joints, resulting in increased flexibility and range of motion. At the end of class you will feel more open and rejuvenated and experience relief from tightness & tension. Each week we work on a specific body part (eg legs/spine) or specific meridian lines (eg Kidney and Urinary lines).
