If you are curious about Mindfulness & Meditation and would like to try it out, this class is for you. Or perhaps you just want a brief time to drop-in, drop out and relax.

This class is also for those with meditation experience who like a group setting as part of their practice. Particularly if you have completed a Mindfulness course ... a good way of getting in touch with your practices again.
