Description
Chair yoga is a wonderful way for ALL bodies to get the benefits of yoga, irrespective of age, mobility or injury. Yoga is practiced while seated on a chair, and uses props such as walls and straps to assist those with mobility issues to stretch & strengthen the body, increase flexibility, reduce stress and improve circulation. Breathwork and meditation are included in these classes.
