A 60-minute practice wherein participants are invited to explore mindfulness and finding focus through movement and different breathing techniques that stem from the yoga tradition. Variations and adequate information on the techniques will be offered throughout the class for accessibility and a deeper understanding of the practice.

A slow-paced, thematic Vinyasa practice where students are encouraged to take the time to explore postures and transitions, and find variations that suit them best. Still beginner-friendly, but more experienced practitioners are welcome too!
In every class, students will be guided through a sequence that dissects the theme or focus of the day--whether it's a pose/asana or a specific yoga philosophy, the goal of each class is to provide space for the students to learn more about the practice of yoga and themselves. Different options will also be provided, and there will be space to build strength, and adjust the intensity of the practice depending on the students' individual wants or needs.

Knowledge of the fundamentals helps in building a strong practice, and this is true even for more complex and physically-demanding postures. In this class, investigate the requirements of postures and transitions by moving through a systematically-designed sequence/flow. Through detailed cues, drills, and repetition we prepare the body to execute shapes and movements, build strength, and discover what makes you feel powerful, yet at ease, on the mat.
