About Yoga&Pilates with Amy
Welcome!
My name is Amy Lightfoot, and I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (200HR) and ISSA-certified Mat Pilates instructor. I live in North Battleford with my husband and our two sweet boys, who inspire me every day! I grew up right here in the community, and when I’m not teaching at the studio, I am a school teacher.
I offer yoga and mat Pilates classes with sessions designed for everyone. Each month, you can expect 10-15 classes, including Slow Flow Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Mat Pilates. My intention is to create a calm, welcoming space where we can move with purpose, build strength, and feel confident.
Studio Location
📍 1011 103rd Street, North Battleford
The studio is located in the white building behind Aurora Boutique (please do not enter through Aurora Boutique).
Parking is available on the street or there are about 4 spots behind the building.
