I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified training in Costa Rica, 4 years ago. I teach Vinyasa yoga infused with elements of Tai Chi and Dragon Dance, both online and in a studio. I also teach yoga for kids, in french.

Le 24 janvier, je serai au French Market organisé par l'Alliance Française. Je proposerai deux petits cours gratuits : un atelier parents/enfants et l'autre Vinyasa pour adultes.
