I’m Melanie, a yoga instructor who believes in movement as a sacred, intuitive practice, one that goes beyond the workout and into the depths of self-connection. My classes aren’t about perfecting poses; they’re about feeling into them, releasing what no longer serves, and honoring where you are in the moment.
I specialize in intuitive, spiritual yoga, not in a traditional sense, but as a practice of deep presence, energy awareness, and mindful movement. Each session is an opportunity to breathe with intention, tune into your body, and move in a way that feels natural and aligned with your rhythm. My flows are slow and intentional, inviting you to drop into your body and experience movement as a form of self-connection and release. Whether in a 1-on-1 session or an intuitive, music-driven flow, my focus is always on creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered in your practice.
What I Offer: Fully Virtual Yoga Classes
Private 1-on-1 Yoga Sessions (45, 60, or 90 minutes) – fully personalized to your needs, whether you seek deep relaxation, embodied movement, or an intuitive flow.
Group Yoga Sessions (60 minutes) - all levels class. Group classes require a minimum of 2 participants to run. If the minimum is not met, the class may be rescheduled or canceled. I will notify you in advance if any changes occur. Thank you for your understanding! To ensure the class runs as scheduled, early sign-ups are encouraged. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
