About Yoga with Natalia

Hello there, I am Natalia,
I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years and practicing for about 15. I have done my teacher training in Brazil, where I am from, and started teaching in the UK back in 2017 when I moved over here and made it my home.

My own practice has developed over the years to a place of care and self discovery. Steping on my mat now a days carrys the meaning of looking after myself, with care and kindness, connecting with my body and breath and by doing that softening my body and calming my thinking mind.

I am passionate about making my classes a light hearted space where yoga is practiced with presence, kindness and compassion.

I know that stepping into a new class with new people can be quite scary or overwheling at times, I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, in my classes you will find people with different backgrounds, age and levels (if there are really levels, will get to that some other time) the aim here is not to perform perfect poses, but to carve some time for yourself, where you connect with your body and breath.
