Set yourself up for the week with Monday morning Power Yoga - a dynamic and uplifting class where we ignite our inner fire, challenge the body & mind, and seek balance between strength and flexibility.
Inversions are always included but completely optional - alternative poses are given.
A well-deserved relaxation at the end includes (if you like) a massage adjustment from me to ensure you leave feeling calm, connected and grounded.
This is an intermediate - advanced level class. However, beginners who are fit, strong and flexible are welcome to give it try.

This friendly Chair Yoga class is accessible to everyone.
We begin seated with centering, breathing, and some gentle opening stretches.
We then flow into seated Sun Salutations to warm up before standing up for balancing and standing strength poses (with the chair assisting).
Sitting back on the chair we wind down with closing stretches, breath work, deep relaxation and meditation.
