This is a delightfully energising Yoga class where we flow with the breath, strengthen & stretch our bodies, seeking balance physically, mentally and emotionally.
We begin slowly - grounding ourselves in lying, seated & kneeling poses, then gradually flow through sun or moon salutations to some stronger standing & balancing poses. We then gradually ease our way back down to the ground finishing with breath-work and a lovely long relaxation, during which (if you like) you'll receive a massage adjustment from me to ensure you let go fully.
Although this is an intermediate level class, beginners with a certain level of fitness are welcome to join.

Join me on Zoom for a morning Yoga session where we tie in the seasons and moon cycles, weaving a theme through the practice.
The Yoga practice is an hour long, after which there is an optional 5 - 10 minute pranayama and meditation practice.
All levels are welcome and you don't have to have your camera on. I can challenge more experienced yogis while offering modifications to beginners.
