19/11/21 In this gentle restorative yoga class your batteries will be fully recharged, allowing your immune system, that is usually drained of energy through stress, to be activated. You'll need a bolster (or equivalent such as a firm sofa pillow or some thick blankets rolled up), 2 cushions, a blanket, and a long strap/belt/scarf (a dressing gown waist-tie works well).
