Join Rya for an all levels class that begins with an intentional Vinyasa flow and finishes with 15 minutes of meditative Restorative or Yin poses.

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that links breath to movement and promotes strength, flexibility and focus. Sequences include sun salutations, seated, standing and inverted postures as well as balancing. Restorative and Yin yoga offer the participant an opportunity to slow down and be supported by props with longer held shapes and stretches that soothe the body, mind and spirit.

Expect a nurturing class with creative sequencing, clear cueing, alignment focus, and awareness of breath, body and the present moment. This all levels class offers modifications for beginners and those with injuries as well as advanced options.
