About Yoga with Veronica
I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years, but really started to notice the benefits of practicing consistently when life got a bit challenging—yoga for me has been such a great tool for becoming more centred and feeling well in myself. It has also allowed me to become stronger and keep working on my balance, especially important as I get that bit older.
With a diagnosis of auto-immune arthritis, I understand that a yoga practice can feel different from day to day, and that we can respond to what our bodies need through challenge, modification, or rest.
Having recently completed my 200 hour teacher training with Paula and Pol at Yoga Meditation Healing in Glasgow, I’m eager to continue learning and enjoy practicing with others like you! Currently I run one class at Morningside Parish Church on Braid Road on Thursdays at 9:30am, and will start another class up in the next couple of months as well.
I hope you’re able to come join me soon, and I’ll look forward to meeting you. If you have any questions do get in touch: info@yogawithveronica.co.uk
