Hatha Yoga (12 key) 🌛 ONLINE:

🌏 Classic "12 key" Hatha practice integrating breath, body & mind at a steady, calm pace.

🌏 Non-flowing class (except for sun salutation), longer held postures

🌏 General level, mixed abilities class, where you are encouraged to practice at your level of the posture.

✨ Inversions practiced (variations offered)
✨ Pranayama (breathing techniques)
✨ Guided relaxation

🌏 Alongside some strong postures that deepen your practice and take you on a journey of opening up your body, gentler variations will be offered. Breathing, meditation & proper relaxation will be woven in.
