An "energising yet calm" class, for those who prefer an uncomplicated practice, a gentle to moderate pace, with time to work with what you've got.
Hatha Yoga asanas are linked into "flows" with focus on the breath and alignment. It can be very meditative, it can also be challenging.
Hatha Flow: aims to have less wrist & shoulder work, than the Vinyasa Flow classes, plus a steadier, calmer pace & less complicated transitions.

Whatever your reasons, talk to Tanya about having her create a class that is tailored specifically to you, your body, your needs and goals!
Book a starter series of 3 or 4 x weekly Yoga Sessions at a regular time slot.
The first session will be up to 75 minutes
Subsequent sessions will last 60 minutes
