๐ Hatha Flow: aims to have less wrist & shoulder work, than the Vinyasa Flow classes, plus a steadier, calmer pace & less complicated transitions.
๐ Level 1-2 class. Lots of familiar postures, with demonstration and instruction, allowing you to work to your own pace, reconnecting body & mind

The SHALA & GARDEN are in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, kindly arrive & leave with respect to our very, very friendly neighbours & their families.
There is a shoe rack by the entrance. Where you can place your shoes & bags.
