Warming up with Sun salutation 3 set - 3 round - 3 exercises In each set we will practice 3 exercises. Each exercise around 20-30 seconds, than 1 minutes break, and we repeat it 2 more times. 1 set - 3 rounds 1 round - 3 exercises then we do stretching and of course the final relaxation. Focus on: Upper body, lower body, arms, abdomen etc
