According to tradition, the early hours of the morning would be the best time to practice, espacially the time before sunrise. In our contemporary world, it is difficult to find the time and motivation to practise alone in the early morning, so we have decided to propose two classes in Italian and one in English to accompany you in your energetic awakening. We will practise together sequences traditionally done at this time, such as the sun salutations. We will see different types of sun salutations and vinyasa inspired by them and prepare ourselves together to face the day. These practices are dynamic and activating, but adaptable to all levels. Don't be frightened by the time: come and experience the difference and you won't be able to do without!
