About yogichloe
Hey Yogi!
I’m a qualified 200-hour yoga teacher, with additional training in 40 hours of Yin Yoga and continued professional development in the embodiment of trauma. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and inclusive supporting each individual to move in a way that feels safe, nourishing, and empowering.
Im passionate about holding space where you can move at your own pace, tune in rather than push through, and begin to feel truly at ease in your own body. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes or twisting into shapes it’s about coming home to yourself. Classes are open to all, there is a spiritual element to the class with a focus on cultivating stillness, and a deeper self awareness. All classes will end with a extended relaxation (Savasana).
Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after a break, you’re warmly welcome here - exactly as you are.
