Description
This class is a combination of Yoga postures and Pilates exercises, so you’ll get the best of both worlds, you’ll get to recharge your batteries, breath, mobilise, strengthen, stretch and relax, during the 1 hour session.

The class is suitable for most as long as you can get up and down from a mat on the floor. You will need your own yoga mat, a pillow or cushion from your couch, a blanket and a drink of water.

The class is not suitable if you are pregnant or in the postnatal period (12 months post birth). Please get in touch for a chat, as I have pre and postnatal specific classes available that will be more suitable.

Classes are non refundable and non transferable to future classes.
