This is the final class of 2024. The class is a mini yoga retreat running from 7-8.30pm. It is a donation based class, where all monies raised will be spilt equally between Rutherglen and Cambuslang Foodbank and Rain or Shine South Lanarkshire.

The Foodbank have also requested the following non perishable items:

Tins (soup, meat, fruit and vegetables)
Custard
Long life milk
Pasta sauce
Sweet treats (selection boxes, chocolate etc)
Rice pudding
