Description
This is a mat Pilates class where you'll build core strength, improve posture and flexibility and boost energy levels for the week ahead. All levels are welcome whether you're a beginner or are more experienced.
You will need your own yoga mat, a pillow or cushion from your couch, a blanket and a drink of water.
The class is not suitable if you are pregnant or in the postnatal period (12 months post birth). Please get in touch for a chat, as I have pre and postnatal specific classes available that will be more suitable.
Classes are non refundable and non transferable to future classes.
