Are you new to reformer Pilates, or do you need a refresher?
This 6 week fundamentals block is exactly where to start, or restart your reformer journey.
Join me at the beautiful Calm & Core reformer studio in Morris Park, Rutherglen and learn how to use the reformer machine and equipment, as well as learning basic techniques during this 6 week beginners course. No previous experience required.
Not suitable during pregnancy, or in postpartum period (first 12 months after birth). Please get in touch for information on pre and postnatal classes that I offer.
Courses are non refundable and are not transferable to future blocks. Block passes are valid only on the specified dates (5.1-9.2.26)
