Have you recently completed our 6 week fundamentals block, or have you done reformer pilates in the past?

If so, this foundation level block is exactly where you should join to continue with your reformer journey.

This block will pick up where you left off in the fundamentals block and we'll continue to build on the skills you learned there.

Join me at the beautiful Calm & Core reformer studio in Morris Park where you will continue to build your strength, control and confidence on the reformer, as well as deepening your understanding of the importance of breath, alignment and core connection in your practice.

Not suitable during pregnancy, or in the postpartum period (first 12 months after birth). Please get in touch for information on pre and postnatal classes that I offer.

Courses and blocks are non refundable and are not transferable to future blocks. Block and course passes are only valid on the dates and times specified (20.2.26- 27.3.26)
