Description

The Wise Ones is a fun, functional movement based class fusing yoga, tai chi and Chi Gung for older participants, or anyone finding that their mobility is reduced. This class is done standing, but can also be performed in a chair as well. Please make sure you have a chair to hand.

The class involves gentle and flowing movements. We work with a system called the body clock flow, where we move and as we do we reset our body clock.

There will also be breathing practice to fully use our lungs, and we will work with areas such as the hands and feet to ensure we keep them in good working order.
