Description

Discover Guided Ashtanga Yoga 🌞 with Noopur, a dynamic yet accessible practice rooted in the traditional Ashtanga method. Following a structured sequence of postures synchronized with the breath 🌬️, this practice helps develop strength 💪, flexibility 🤸, balance ⚖️, concentration 🧠, and stamina 🔥.

Each class includes:
✨ Warm-ups to prepare the body
✨ A guided Ashtanga sequence
✨ Breath-synchronized movement 🌬️
✨ Traditional postures and transitions
✨ Sanskrit names of the postures 🕉️
✨ Final relaxation to integrate the practice 😌

These sessions are designed to help you:
🌟 Build strength and endurance
🌟 Improve flexibility and mobility
🌟 Develop focus and discipline
🌟 Become familiar with the Ashtanga sequence
🌟 Experience the rhythm and continuity of a traditional practice
🌟 Cultivate a calm and steady mind

Compared with our Ashtanga Foundations classes, this practice is more continuous and dynamic, with fewer pauses between postures. Noopur will guide you throughout the sequence, so you do not need to know it by heart.

Rather than necessarily completing the entire traditional Primary Series, the class allows us to progress through the sequence according to the level and experience of the group, keeping the practice challenging while remaining accessible and sustainable.

👥 Suitable for practitioners with some yoga experience, as well as motivated beginners wishing to discover Ashtanga through a more dynamic guided practice.

🙏 More experienced Ashtanga practitioners are also very welcome. The class offers an opportunity to deepen the practice, refine transitions and alignment, and develop greater continuity between breath and movement.

🎟️ This class is included in all Yogic Spirits passes, including our 30-day passes and 10-class pass.

🗣️ Classes are taught in English and French, with the names of the postures given in Sanskrit.
