Claude is an experienced physiotherapist, Pilates instructor, and founder of Pilates Plaza. With a background in therapeutic massage and a lifelong passion for movement, she brings a deep anatomical understanding and great care to her teaching. She has trained extensively in Spain, the United States, and Germany, particularly in classical Pilates at Pilates New York in Stuttgart.
