Weather dependent, join me in my garden for a one hour yoga flow in the sun! I am located in the Westmount area and my yard is large enough to host an intimate little yoga class (no contending with children in a public park like last summer!). Weather call will be made by 9 AM every Saturday, and in the event class is cancelled, the credit for the class will be applied to your account to use at a future outdoor yoga class.
