Description

Slow down and let go. This restorative class offers a gentle yet powerful way to end your day, helping your body to rest, heal, and restore its natural balance. You will be fully supported in each pose with props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, allowing for longer holds and deeper relaxation. By cultivating a conscious, deep breath, you can shift your nervous system into a calm, restorative state.
*This gentle practice is for all levels.*
