Description

Often called the "yoga of awareness," Kundalini Yoga is a transformative, spiritual practice designed to awaken dormant energy at the base of the spine. The base of your spine is believed to be like a dormant ‘snake’ energy, and repeated Kundalini Yoga begins to awaken this energy.

This dormant primal energy, which is symbolized as a coiled snake at the base of the spine, can be unleashed through recurrent practice. This energy can rise through the chakras to the crown. It can trigger significant energetic shifts, leading to shifts in consciousness and deep personal transformation.

Kundalini Yoga is a blend of postures, breath, meditation, mantra, and music, which are meant to deliver a felt experience of vitality, clarity, and inner balance.
