Yin Yoga is a great complement to a more dynamic Hatha Yoga practice. This slow-moving, deep stretching and meditative class targets the connective tissue (fascia) of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, to improve energy circulation. The session starts out seated, watching the breath, and focusses on some deeper stretches of the neck, upper back, and shoulders (Eagle Hands).
