A traditional energizing style of yoga suitable for all levels. This class starts out with a relaxation in Savasana/Corpse Pose or a seated position, your choice. We continue with some exercises to release tension in the neck and shoulders, then Inclined Plane, Cat & Cow, Frog, and Downward Facing Dog, to work our way up into Tadasana/Mountain Pose.
