A traditional energizing style of yoga suitable for all levels. This class starts out with a relaxation in Savasana/Corpse Pose or a seated position, your choice. We continue with upper body stretches, some exercises to release tension in the neck and shoulders, and Inclined Plane to energize and release tension in the lower back.
