A traditional energizing style of yoga suitable for all levels. This class starts out with a relaxation exercise (breath awareness) in Savasana or a steaded pose, your choice. We continue with Cat & Cow, Frog, Seal, and Downward Facing Dog, and work our way up to Tadasana/Mountain Pose via a standing forward bend.
