Description
The intention of this class is to expand the breath and move the body so you can leave feeling energized and focused as you ease into the rest of your day. This class matches movements to the pace and transitions of your breath.

This style may move a bit more than a Slow Flow class, but is still adaptable to all bodies. Please do what works for you. Props encouraged!

All abilities welcome. Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or illnesses, and always be encouraged and mindful to practice within your own healthy boundaries (honor your body's brilliant limitations, and ask questions if you're ever unsure).
