Come and enjoy an hour -long class on a Thursday evening throughout the summer. My style of yoga embraces deep embodiment; an awareness of the different layers of the body throughout the practice, whether sitting in meditation, doing breath-work, flowing in movement or holding postures. Your body, your practice. I don't teach to any particular 'level' - you get out of the practice what you need :-) I always offer options, and I often make a playlist you can practice along to via Spotify, which I send the link for before the class. I love to explore new music and I choose the music with the practice in mind - feel free to play it whilst participating (I mute all participants) or you can play your own music, or just have quiet. We end the practice with a restorative relaxation which will hopefully leave you relaxed and re-energised.
