Description
A three hour class specifically designed to introduce yoga in a simple and inclusive way. We will start with a gentle yoga flow introducing the relationship between breathing and movement, the flow will give the student a first chance to try some of the more recognisable yoga positions. After a short break we will discus more about yoga history and theory to give the student a positive view of what yoga is and as importantly what yoga is not. We will then move on to exploring in more detail some of the Yoga positions we first experienced in the initial flow, to give the student more confidence. Finally we will experience restorative yoga and the positive effect this can have on your body and mind and we will end the course with a meditation.
