Description
A mindful Vinyasa Flow class designed for absolute beginners and more experienced Yogis. Bringing calmness to your mind and your body to set you up for the day ahead.
This class is divided into two 30 min flows, with students welcome to join or leave at 1pm. The initial 30 min flow can be either a chair or a floor yoga class, very slow and mindful. The second is slightly more energetic and more targeted towards the floor. Both classes are excellent for beginners.
By booking this class, the yogi states that he or she recognises that yoga may require some physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
