A mindful Vinyasa Flow class designed for absolute beginners and more experienced Yogis. Bringing calmness to your mind and your body to set you up for the day ahead.
This class consists of an initial 30 min flow which can be quite energetic, after which Yogis are welcome to leave. For those who stay we will move to a final 15 mins of more restorative yoga class followed by a lovely rest at the end.
By booking this class, the yogi states that he or she recognises that yoga may require some physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
