Thought what a lovely way to spend a few hours over the festive season.

Im going to run a few classes over the christmas break to keep us all moving, fit and healthy. Christmas can be a stressful time for alot of us...so lets makes some plans for some Recharge time.

Ill be offering 3 classes over the week with the option to sauna and swim on the 28th after class as a real wee treat for those bodies.( Spaces for sauna very limited) We've never had the sauna is blackrock before...so it will be a cool experience...There is a high tide at 12 and a full moon too..so there should be decent depth for our Christmas dips.

Friday 22nd - 10.00am- 11.30am - Yoga Class 20euro

Thursday 28th 10.00am- 11.30am. (Sauna is organsied for 12pm for the hour after for those choosing to do that too- Yoga Class only- 20euro- Yoga Class plus Sauna- 35euro

Tuesday 2nd January 10.00am-11.30am- Cant think of a better way to kickstart the new year!!

This classes are unfortunately not suitable for total beginners.
Ill make some nice Bliss Balls and Coffee for after for those who would like to stay and have a catch up.
