We are delighted to have some Mom and Baby Yoga back at the studio with the Wonderful Bernadette from Yoga with Bee.
Course date are as follow on Tuesdays at 10.45- 11.45am

Midterm- No Class this week- 18th March

Bernadette
Bernadette is a compassionate and experienced pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, dedicated to supporting mothers through every stage of their journey. As a mum of 3 she is passionate about the transformative power of yoga in motherhood. Bernadette creates a welcoming environment where women feel heard, supported, and empowered. Her classes specialise in creating a nurturing, safe space that helps women build strength, ease discomfort, and connect deeply with their bodies, their babies and foster a sense of community with other women.
Bernadette's teaching style is warm, inclusive, and supportive, focusing on gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation to promote physical and emotional well-being.
In Bernadette's Mum and Baby yoga class expect a mix of guided postures, playful interactions with your baby, with moments of relaxation, all tailored to meet the needs of both mother and child in a calm and friendly atmosphere. Playing and bonding with your baby during the session helps foster emotional connection, enhance development, and create a sense of security and joy for both of you. Bonding with other mothers at the same stage is vital because it provides emotional support, reduces feelings of isolation, and fosters a sense of community where shared experiences, advice, and encouragement can help navigate the challenges of motherhood with greater confidence and reassurance.
