I guide my Pilates sessions with an emphasis on connecting the breath to movement, allowing each exercise to flow with mindful intention. I incorporate functional, everyday movement patterns into reformer work to build strength, mobility, and ease that translate beyond the studio. Classes are structured for smooth, continuous transitions, creating a rhythm that supports focus and body awareness. We finish with grounding breath work to integrate the session, leaving you centered, balanced, and energized.
Typically session with meis footwork, arms supine, core supine, then into lunges, lunges with rotations, plank, mountain climbers with core engagement, then finish with feet in straps and breathwork
