Level 1 Reformer Pilates – Introduction to the Reformer
This foundational Reformer Pilates class is designed to introduce you to the Reformer machine and the essential principles of Pilates. Focusing on body awareness, breath, and controlled movement, this class helps you build a strong connection to your core while improving posture, flexibility, and overall strength.
With a low range of repetitions, you’ll have time to learn correct form and become comfortable with the equipment. Each session combines gentle strength work, stretching, and mindful breathing to enhance coordination and balance.
This small-group class is ideal for beginners or those returning to Pilates, allowing the instructor to tailor movements to meet each participant where they are.
