We will hold todays class at the Shelly beach....it's the beach up past ladies beach.
It's a very short distance up past the church...so please give yourself a few extra minutes to make your way to class.

You will need to bring a mat... A large sheet /picnic blanket or towel for under your mat is highly recommended, a hat, sunglasses and suncream is advised.

I have some mats in the studio. Please let me know in advance if you need me to bring a mat for you.

The tides ate perfect for us too.

It's a very short walk from the studio....I would suggest parking in your usual place...(or church car park if they don't have it locked)...and pottering up to our little Zen Spot.
