Should ZenergyYoga have to cancel a course, workshop or event for any reason either a full refund will be offered or the cancelled class will not be subtracted from your class pass. Classes on the timetable often change and refunds will not be offered for classes passes. Drop-in classes are flexible for both students, teachers, and and for this reason ZenergyYoga requests that everyone pre-book their classes to ensure viability.

Classes & Couses:

We have limited space at our studio and we work very hard to manage numbers so there is always space. It’s not fair to us or anyone on our waiting lists if you book a class and don’t show up. If your class or workshop is not cancelled within the specified time it does not give us time to fill your place so no refunds will be issued
All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Drop in classes- If you cancel a drop in class within 6 hours notice you will be given a full refund to your account for this pass.

6 week Courses- Once the course starts you will not be entitled to a refund - Cancellation to participate in a course must be made 48 hours prior to commencement of the start date of course. In some circumstances, as an offer of goodwill, if we are given a period of advance notice we may be able to transfer one class per term into another class due to illness travel etc. If you do not show up to your course..Please do not request another class. Exceptional circumstances will of course be considered.
