This physically challenging class strengthens and elongates the muscles and improves posture along with many other benefits. Starting out with a gentle warm up and Sun Salutations followed by a flow of standing/balance poses with transitions. This will lead you to a series of poses with you seated, on your stomach, and on your back while ending with savasana.
