This class is for yogis who are looking for a challenge and a strong focus. We will be working on core strengthening asanas, inversions and arm balances. This class can be taken as a single class (10 euro) or with a 10-class card (80 euro).

If you have your own mat, you can bring it! And don't forget to bring something warm to wear during savasana at the end of the session.
