Description

Soothing to the nervous system, nurturing to mind and body, Restorative yoga is a perfect reset to our busy lifestyles. The practice may include a combination of a gentle, slow, meditation, breath work, and still poses that involve long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Props are suggested (pillow/bolster, blocks/books, strap, or chair) to support the passively held postures.

Participants will receive the log-in link 30 minutes prior to class.
