Description

No politics, just 30 minutes to commit to orient yourself and calm the nervous system. The practice may include a combination of a gentle, slow, meditation, breath work, and seated poses. Props are suggested (pillow/bolster) to support seated asana and pranayama.

Participants will receive the log-in link 30 minutes prior to class.
