Limit 12 socially distanced spots. Outdoor yoga class focused on gentle and restorative movement to prepare you for the weekend. This class requires props (bolster or pillow, two blankets/beach towels, and at least 1 block). If you need to rent props, please email kat@321omfitness.com to reserve. Rental & cleaning fee of $5 via venmo @Kat-Buechel paid separately.

Modifications are offered throughout. 60 Minutes in length.
