Your body is a gateway to experience deep states of bliss and ecstasy. One of the ways to experience that is through dancing.

The 5Rhythms are a powerful tool to explore this gateway. The “wave,” as we call the sequence of the 5Rhythms naturally takes us on a journey. The different Rhythms offer a profound set of physical tools to deepen our dance in each rhythms.

Every week we'll explore one of the rhythms and the specific body language of that rhythm.

The classes are online on Tuesdays
19:30 - 21:00 CET / 1:30 PM EDT / 10:30 AM PDT

July 1, 8 & 15

You'll get acces to the sound recording of the class for 2 weeks after the class.

You can add an extra livestream of the one of the classes in Amsterdam (monday / wednesday and friday) per week in the same weeks.

Elke woensdag dansen we de 5Rhythms bijYoga Today
5rhythms is meer dan vrij dansen;
Een extatische ervaring, gericht op (lichaams-) bewustzijn en vrijheid

De 5Rhythms inspireren je om je leven in beweging te zetten.
Een weldaad voor lichaam en geest, gaandeweg krijg je een betere conditie.
Geen pasjes, wel heerlijke muziek om lekker uit je dak te gaan, helemaal op je eigen manier.

We openen de avond door een begeleide "body-parts," daarmee brengen we onze aandacht in ons fysieke lijf.
We introduceren het thema van de avond.
Daarna is er alle ruimte om je eigen dans te vinden, te verdiepen en heerlijk uit je dak te gaan.

Helemaal op je eigen manier en binnen je eigen mogelijkheden.
